Once you go through the sales process and sign up for Trustap you will be introduced to the solutions team. They will provide you with API credentials for our sandbox environment to enable you to build and test the integration on your platform. Trustap acts as a secure third party that holds the buyer’s payment until the transaction is successfully completed. Funds are only released to the seller once the item is delivered and the buyer has inspected and approved the item. If an issue arises, our unbiased dispute resolution team will investigate to ensure a fair outcome for both parties.
