The payment is released once the buyer confirms that the item or service has been received or completed. If the buyer does not provide confirmation within a specified period, but the seller has proof that the goods were delivered or the service was completed, the funds are automatically released after 48 hours.
How long funds need to be held by Trustap can be decided between the buyer and seller. 90 days is the longest we can hold it for.
