1. Eligibility
1.1. You must be 18 years or older.
1.2. The referred business must meet the following qualifying criteria:
- Regions: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain
- Industry: eCommerce, including businesses selling physical goods, dropshipping, digital products, and digital assets.
- Monthly Revenue: Minimum of €/£/$ 5,000 in monthly online sales OR be signed up to a monthly subscription.
- Store Platform is Shopify or WooCommerce
1.3. To qualify for a referral reward, the referral must be submitted and flagged to Trustap prior to the referred deal closing. Referrals flagged after a deal has closed will not be eligible for any reward. This is a strict condition of the program, and no exceptions will be made.
1.4. The referred business must activate their account within 6 months of referral submission to qualify as an eligible referral.
2. Referral Rewards
2.1. Qualified Referrals: You will receive between €/£/$ 500 and €/£/$ 12,500 over the first 12 months if the referred business:
- Meets the criteria outlined above
- Processes over €/£/$ 5,000 in monthly transaction value via Trustap or is signed up to our Core Package.
2.2. Subscription Reward: The referrer will receive the below pro rated quarterly for eligible referrals. Payments will be made 30 days following the end of the calendar quarter (i.e. January to March will be paid on 30th April) for the eligible months in the period, for 12 months following the first transaction.
2.3. Payments will be made by bank transfer, minus any applicable banking fees. Payments will be made in €/EUR unless otherwise agreed FX rates will be based on the daily market rate at the time of payment.
2.4. Referral Fee

2.5. Rewards are limited.
2.6. Each referred business can only be submitted once. Duplicate referrals will be credited to the first referrer based on submission timestamp.
2.7. There is no maximum number of referrals you can refer.
3. Submission Process
3.1. Referrals must include the following information:
Referrer’s full name and email address.
Referred business name, URL, contact person’s details (name, email, and phone number).
3.2. Trustap reserves the right to verify the eligibility of referrals.
3.3. A referral will only be considered valid if the referred business has no prior engagement with Trustap within the last 6 months.
3.4. Trustap may require the referred party to verify the referral before any reward is issued. If verification cannot be obtained, we reserve the right to withhold the reward.
4. Limitations
4.1. Trustap reserves the right to disqualify referrals that:
Do not meet the qualifying criteria.
Are incomplete or inaccurate.
Appear to be fraudulent or otherwise.
4.2. Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting the Program. Spamming or other inappropriate conduct will result in disqualification.
4.3. Participation in the Program does not create any agency, partnership, or employment relationship between the referrer and Trustap.
4.4. Recipients of referral rewards are solely responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations arising from the receipt of rewards.
5. Reward Fulfillment
5.1. Trustap is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or other issues beyond its control in issuing referral payments.
6. Program Changes and Termination
6.1. Trustap reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
6.2. In the event of Program termination, all valid referrals made before the termination date will be honored in accordance with these Terms.
7. Force Majeure
7.1. Trustap will not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, or any other event that would make it impracticable or impossible to operate the Program as intended.
8. General Terms
8.1. Trustap’s decisions regarding the Program, including eligibility and reward issuance, are final and binding.
